After your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number by email within 1-2 business days. Please note that tracking links may take 24-48 hours to show updates. You can track your package anytime using the link provided.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our prices do not include any customs duties or import taxes. As the buyer, you are responsible for any fees charged when the package arrives in your country. We have no control over these charges or customs delays. If you,re unsure, please check with your local customs office before ordering.

 Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you made a mistake, contact us immediately at joannesowy@hotmail.com_we maybe be able to correct it before your order is shipped. Once shipped, we cannot reroute the package, and we are not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address provided by you.

 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(if applicable)

We will contact the shipping carrier on your behalf and do our best to resolve the issue. Since we are a small team, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for every carrier mistake, but we will always communicate honestly with you and help file claims.
