Hi, I'm Joanne-the human behind FlarePaw. 

I live in Hong Kong, and my home is shared with three dogs: two Standard Poodles and one Black Shiba Inu.

They are my family, my daily joy, and honestly...the reason FlarePaw exists.

For years, I struggled to find pet products that were affordable, safe, and actually durable.

So I decided to start FlarePaw.

How we're different

FlarePaw is not a big corporation. There's no fancy office or a huge team. Right now, it's just me-Joanne-running the website, packing orders, answering emails, and making sure every customer feels heard.

I'm learning as I go, but one thing will never change:

Honesty, transparency, and care for every single customer.

If an order is delayed - I'll tell you.

If a product isn't right for your pet - I'll be honest.

If you have a problem - I will personally reply to your email.

Where we ship from

To keep prices fair, we ship from global warehouses (including partners in the US and Asia).

Most US orders arrive within 8-20 business days, and you'll always get a tracking number.

We're not Amazon. We're slower, but we're real, and we truly care.
